At Ace Ultra Extracts, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality, lab-tested products and ensuring each order is fulfilled with care. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help.

Please review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are consumable and regulated—all sales are considered final. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and legal compliance of every product we ship.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or altered items under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

To request assistance, email sales@aceultraextracts.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We may ask you to return the defective item before a resolution is provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Confirm the delivery location and check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) to initiate a claim.

  3. If the package cannot be located, email us at sales@aceultraextracts.com with your claim number and order details.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. However, we will do our best to help resolve the situation when possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged in transit and reported within 7 days

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was canceled prior to shipment

  • Your package was lost in transit (with a valid carrier claim)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it ships, whichever comes first. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
